Signing In to keysig

Who this is for

Anyone who has a keysig account and cannot get into it, or wants to know the options.

Two ways in

With a password. Enter your email and password on the sign-in page. A wrong pair shows a reset link right there, so a half-remembered password is one tap from recovery.

With an emailed link. On the sign-in page, choose the emailed link option, enter your email, and keysig sends you a link. Open it on any device, in any browser: it does not have to be the one you asked from. Each link works once. If you do not have an account yet, the same link creates one. You can ask for another link after 60 seconds.

What happens next: you land on your dashboard. If you came from the demo, your draft is waiting for you. Label staff land on their label portal instead.

Resetting your password

1. On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password.
2. Enter your email. keysig sends a reset link. The message is the same whether or not an account exists at that address, on purpose, so nobody can use the form to check who has an account.
3. Open the link and choose a new password of at least 8 characters.

If your account was created with emailed links, it has no password yet. The same reset flow sets one, and your Account page links to it.

I did not get the email

• Check spam and any promotions folder. Give it a minute or two.
• Send it again. Sign-in links can be re-sent after 60 seconds. Confirmation emails are capped at three every ten minutes, and the app tells you when you have hit the cap.
• Check the address. A typo gets no error, because the form stays neutral about which addresses have accounts.
• Links expire, and each works once. If a link says it is no longer valid, ask for a fresh one.
• Still nothing? Email hello@keysig.co from the address you signed up with. Support can send a confirmation email past the cap, but support cannot confirm an address for you: only you, opening the link, can do that.

Changing your email or password

Both live on the Account page. A new email address has to be confirmed before it takes over, so a confirmation email goes to the new address. Changing a password asks for the current one first.

Signing out

Sign out is under your name in the navigation. Sessions stay signed in on a device until you sign out.
