No. Every keysig template is written and reviewed by music attorneys, and updated periodically as industry practice and the law change. Generative AI does not draft, edit, or fill in the legal text.

keysig uses secure electronic signatures, and e-signatures are legally recognized for most agreements. Whether any specific agreement is enforceable depends on its terms and your situation, which is why we recommend having important agreements reviewed by counsel.

Yes. When you send an agreement for signature, the other parties receive a secure link to sign, and they don't need a keysig account. An account with a confirmed email lets them read the agreement inside keysig afterwards, but their signature counts either way.

Your agreements and data are yours. keysig stores them securely, and we don't sell your data. keysig's own support tools cannot read the contents of your agreements.
